What formats can I download?+
The app previews GLB in the browser. Downloads include the GLB and any additional files returned by the generation provider, such as OBJ, MTL, texture files, FBX, or USDZ when available.
Who owns the generated models?+
Renderivo does not claim ownership over the files you generate. Paid plans are intended for commercial project use; Free is for trying the workflow while billing is finalized.
How do credits work?+
Credits are deducted before a job is submitted. If the provider job fails, credits are refunded automatically. Free accounts get 3 lifetime generations.
How long does a generation take?+
It depends on queue load, prompt complexity, quality, and whether texture work is requested. The generate page shows live status as the job moves through the queue.
What happens if a generation fails?+
The job is marked failed, the interface explains what happened, and the reserved credit is refunded automatically by the server.
What happens in demo mode?+
When auth or the provider key is missing, Renderivo shows a DEMO badge and returns bundled sample GLB files instead of submitting a paid provider job.
