What formats can I download?+
The app previews GLB in the browser. Downloads include the GLB and any additional files returned by the generation provider, such as OBJ, MTL, texture files, FBX, or USDZ when available.
Who owns the generated models?+
Renderivo does not claim ownership over your uploaded source files. Usage rights depend on the active generation provider and plan; review the applicable terms before commercial use.
How do credits work?+
A free account starts with 40 lifetime credits, enough for one Rapid generation. Credits are reserved before submission, and if the provider reports a failed job the server refunds the reserved credits automatically.
How long does a generation take?+
It depends on queue load, prompt complexity, quality, and whether texture work is requested. The generate page shows live status as the job moves through the queue.
What happens if a generation fails?+
The job is marked failed, the interface explains what happened, and the reserved credit is refunded automatically by the server.
Can I explore Renderivo before generating?+
Yes. The Studio includes clearly labeled interactive samples, so you can inspect the viewport and download flow before creating an account.
